  • Validating & entering data into our management software with a focus on accuracy
  • Scan pertinent documents into the system
  • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate persistently and effectively with vendors regarding credits
  • Work closely with internal accounting team

  • Working behind a computer for an extended period of time
  • Computer savvy
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
