Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Provide logistic and processing support for new and amended Standby Letter of Credits Provide all letter of credit services to customers Perform basic services including opening letter of credits, processing payments and informing customers of discrepancies Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 4 years of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Ability to analyze applicable policies and procedures to ensure financial integrity of customers Financial services industry experience Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Ability to address and resolve complex customer issues Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques Ability to achieve high production and quality standards Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Candidate must be based out of posted location Relocation assistance is not available for this position Ability to work additional hours as needed Not a hybrid position, position full-time in office Posting End Date: 3 Apr 2025 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
