Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Supervisor to oversee Residential and Commercial Sealcoating projects and lead a team of skilled workers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and an ability to learn our process and stick to it. The Crew Supervisor will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. We do not require you to have the experience what we expect is for you to have the ability to learn and grow. This is a seasonal opportunity with the ability to help with snow removal in the winter. Our typical season runs from April through October or November but depends on the weather. What we want is someone that shows the common sense and ability to manage a 2–3-man crew and keep the projects going on time. Future growth and advancement are possible as the company gets stronger.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Lead and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site using tools when needed.
- Communicate effectively with operations manager regarding progress, challenges, and resource needs.
Requirements
- Entry level is ok, just show us you have the abilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required on-site.
- A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Health card.
This job requires working outside all day in various weather conditions. Sealcoating can be a messy and noisy job.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
