Overview
BizSolutions 360, Inc. is looking to hire 2 Construction Manager Representatives (CMR) to lead one for each of the two projects. The projects being the YELL 307127 –Rehabilitation of Exteriors of Fort Yellowstone Structures and YELL 312116 –Rehabilitation and Reconfiguration of the Historic Laurel Dormitory at Old Faithful. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in construction management and engineering, along with experience managing federal projects in unique ecological and historical settings. This role involves on-site oversight, coordination with project stakeholders, and enforcing high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Construction Oversight: Lead on-site construction management, ensuring compliance with engineering codes, permits, and contractual specifications throughout the rehabilitation project.
- Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to facilitate project operations and respond to RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
- Schedule and Cost Management: Conduct and review schedule and cost analyses, negotiate changes, and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, particularly the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety requirement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed technical reports, project documents, and correspondence, ensuring all records meet project and regulatory standards.
- Software and Tools: Utilize Primavera Project Planner (P3), MS Project, and the Microsoft Office suite to manage schedules, workflows, and project progress tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 10 years in construction management or engineering, with expertise in construction oversight, engineering standards, and project documentation. Experience with federal government projects is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Technology, or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Certifications: OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety training is required or must be completed within 90 days of start.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera Project Planner (P3), MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Relevant Experience: Proven track record in projects involving structural concrete, demolition, CMU walls, and projects with ecological or historical significance.

Work Schedule and Performance Period
- YELL 307127: Approximately 320 days, February 2025–June 2026.
- YELL 312116: Approximately 340 days, April 2025–November 2026.
- Remote services may be permitted during seasonal work stoppages.
