What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Management Services position at B360™?
This project will elevate approximately 4 feet to protect against storm surge and then repair water damage from Hurricane Dorian for the following historic structures: Double Keepers Quarters (DKQ), Privy, Storehouse, Carpenter Shop, Oil House, Generator House. The facilities will be remediated for mold, lead base paint and asbestos containing material. The repair shall comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties and compliance documentation.
