Job Description:
As a Full-Time Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the team by performing a wide range of office duties, including managing communications, scheduling, and organizing office operations. You will assist with clerical tasks and ensure the office environment is conducive to productivity. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
- Assist with preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Assist in managing and updating office calendars, schedules, and contact lists.
- Handle basic office accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Perform general office maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous office administration or clerical experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
