Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team in Coos Bay, Oregon. This is a full time, in person position that will field incoming customers calls and assist them in finding the appropriate products by using a proprietary fitment tool (will provide training), provide post-sales support such as order status updates, shipping and tracking information and assist customers with returns. You will work closely with other department team members to coordinate and streamline customer requests.
Duties
- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
- Guide customers to the right products using our proprietary fitment tool (training provided).
- Create and email formal quotes using our streamlined quote system.
- Process customer orders manually and provide post-sale support (order status, returns, shipping updates).
- Work alongside other team members from our Coos Bay facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service role is preferred (3 years).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions based on customer needs.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service is essential.
