As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining excellent client relationships. This role requires a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of residential construction projects.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a white glove customer service approach.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Oversee all aspects of construction to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure excellence.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Must have 5 or more years of experience in residential or commercial project management and/or estimating.
- Proven expertise in managing high-end residential projects.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
- Experience with project management software, such as Asana or similar tools, is a plus.
- This role may require the ability to visit active construction sites and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Full Time Position
- Competitive salary at $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience.
