YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As our part-time Business Development and Sales Rep, your focus is to identify new growth opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospective customers, and secure more business for our company. You're accountable for your results and are motivated to do your best, actively exploring various avenues and conducting market research to find qualified leads. By engaging in networking events and referral programs, you strengthen relationships with realtors, property managers, and referral partners. Making at least eight visits per week, you uncover new leads, engage with potential customers, and schedule projects.
Through cold calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits, you build a pipeline of qualified leads and enhance our brand presence. You interact with prospects, promote our various offerings, and encourage them to book jobs. Motivated to excel, you attend networking meetings and work with organizations like the Chamber of Commerce to increase company visibility and attract more customers. You're a key contributor to our growth and success!
Here's what we're looking for :
- 1 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in an industry like plumbing, construction, or restoration
- Proven ability to close sales deals and meet targets
- High school diploma OR equivalent home services industry experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
