YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
Our Business Development Rep - Sales Consultant works 2 - 3 days/week from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
This part-time position is a pivotal part of our continued growth and expansion, taking active steps to recruit more business and grow our revenue. By engaging in research, networking events, and referral programs, you actively seek out potential revenue sources and strive to attract more customers. You also build and maintain relationships with realtors, property managers, and referral partners to create a pipeline of qualified leads.
Committed to making at least eight visits per week, you uncover new leads, connect with prospects, and schedule valuable projects. You engage with prospects through cold calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits, demonstrating our value and promoting our wide range of services. You inspire prospects to book jobs and entrust us with their plumbing systems. Attending meetings and collaborating with organizations like the Chamber of Commerce, you elevate our brand's visibility, draw in more customers, and play a crucial part in our success!
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 1 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in an industry like plumbing, construction, or restoration
- Proven ability to close sales deals and meet targets
- High school diploma OR equivalent home services industry experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
