You will:
- Assist in executing Babbel's CRM marketing strategy, supporting the deployment of high-volume campaigns aimed at both acquiring new users and retaining existing ones.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to set up and launch targeted, personalized campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and assist in compiling reports on engagement, acquisition, retention, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Support the management of the marketing calendar to ensure timely campaign execution and smooth coordination with stakeholders.
- Contribute to testing strategies by setting up A/B and multivariate tests for messaging, offers, and content, tracking results, and supporting test analyses.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for new programs and optimizations to help improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with creative and product teams to maintain consistent, on-brand messaging that resonates with both prospective and existing users.
- Stay up to date with CRM best practices and ensure compliance with global regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
- 1-2 years of CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing experience; experience with a subscription-based business is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or ESPs like Salesforce, Braze, or Emarsys is a plus.
- Basic experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- A detail-oriented, organized approach to managing projects and tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- A foundational understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, with a desire to learn more about data-driven marketing.
- Working knowledge of email HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
- An interest in language learning and global cultures.
- Experience with international or European markets is a plus

- In New York City, the reasonable annualized full-time salary for this role is $60,000 - 80,000. Placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
- For all other locations, the reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is in line with competitive geographic market rates for this role and will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
