Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants by providing information about available properties and leasing options.
- Conduct property tours and facilitate the leasing process while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage tenant applications and maintain accurate records using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts to ensure a positive living experience.
- Collaborate with property management teams to uphold property maintenance standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
