What's your day like?

As a Leasing Consultant at BNE Real Estate Group, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our community's occupancy needs and retention rates while building strong relationships with residents. Your essential job functions will involve dynamic marketing strategies and achieving leasing goals to minimize vacancy loss. With a keen understanding of the market, you will regularly engage with and qualify prospective tenants, conducting informative tours of our luxury properties while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Leasing Consultant at BNE Real Estate Group, a blend of essential skills and qualifications is crucial. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, with a college degree preferred, alongside a minimum of one year of experience in property management.
