Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent for Shamco Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Prospective and Current Residents:
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Showcase Our Property:
Schedule and conduct engaging tours, highlighting our apartments' unique features and amenities.
- Support the Leasing Process:
Qualify potential renters and assist with the application process while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Maintain Resident Relationships:
Build rapport with tenants by providing attentive, personalized service.
- Administrative Excellence:
Organize files and electronic information efficiently and securely. Complete daily traffic reports and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Team Members:
Work closely with the Community Manager, Maintenance Staff, and contractors to ensure building repairs and services are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and smartphone applications. Experience with Yardi and RealPage/OnSite is a plus.
- Sales & Leasing Experience:
Previous leasing or rental experience preferred but not required—training will be provided!
- Professionalism:
Present a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
