Position Summary :
Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. designs and fabricates high quality Pressure Vessels and Heat Transfer Equipment for the power generation and process industries worldwide. The Senior Project Engineer maintains overall design responsibility for specific projects to which he / she has been assigned, and is the primary contact for the project manager, workshops, vendors, and the client.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Preparation and issuance of engineering RFQs / Requisitions in a timely manner.
- Submission of company drawings and documents per contract specification.
- Responsible for mechanical / structural design in compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Review and approve all vendor documents and drawings.
- Review and disposition non-conformance reports generated by the manufacturing facilities.
- Generate job specific installation and operations manual and submit to the client.
- Perform design verification to ensure that design output meets the client specification.
- Conduct training for employees and assist in leading product development.
