The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling incoming calls, and scheduling appointments efficiently. No plumbing knowledge necessary. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, following provided guidance and training to address customer inquiries and schedule service appointments promptly.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions, adhering to scripted responses.
- Assist with billing inquiries, invoicing, and payment processing as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of day-to-day activities and support company goals.
- Uphold a positive and upbeat attitude, maintaining a customer-first approach in all interactions.
- Embrace and contribute to the positive, fun, and growing team culture at Babe Plumbing.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Support and delivery constant contact with our customers to ensure they are experiencing WOW service and receive the highest level of care from Babe Plumbing.
- Maintain and update Customer Database and software with accurate information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a must.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to follow provided scripts accurately and effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
