Job Summary
Baber's Rent to Own is currently looking to fill a position. This position includes Account management including collections by phone and in field visits. Product returns along with Delivery and installation of home furnishing products to consumer residents. Candidate must be able to lift objects of 75lbs and have a clean driving record. Must be over 21 years of age. Good verbal communications with professional appearance is essential. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the rental team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily operations of the rental department, including inventory control and cash register management.
- Oversee the training and development of staff to enhance their skills in sales management and customer engagement.
- Ensure effective communication with customers regarding rental policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in ordering new stock as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to rentals or services provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management is preferred.
