Inside Sales Representative
Assist the outside sales team with inquiries, pricing, inventory queries and order entry.
Develop and maintain superior relationships with current and potential customers.
Develop a deep understanding of customer products, operations, and personnel to assist in the selling process.
Negotiate pricing with customers based on price sheets, market knowledge and customer feedback.
Enter 20-25 orders per day while ensuring that all orders are entered promptly and accurately.
Maintain records on customer stocking programs/contracts.
Obtain and report customer feedback to the sales manager.
Coordinate professionally with other departments to solve customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor the status of orders and intervene as required to facilitate on time deliveries.
Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers and coworkers.
Work well in a fast paced, team environment.
