Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management & Analysis:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all brands to ensure efficient processes and workflows.
- Conduct detailed operational analyses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to support business goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategic decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize operational effectiveness.
2. Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover and reduce excess inventory.
- Monitor production schedules and address supply chain disruptions proactively.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop training programs and initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
4. Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets for operational activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with finance teams to analyze operational expenses and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting on operational performance to senior leadership.
5. Brand Support & Growth:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to support brand-specific strategies and goals.
- Ensure alignment between operational activities and the unique needs of each brand under the Macari portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements to drive scalability.
6. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industries.
- Proven ability to manage supply chains, inventory systems, and operational workflows.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in operational software tools and systems (e.g., ERP, inventory management systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
