We are looking for the next baby whisperer to join our team. This position is very unique and requires a lot of passion and excitement for infant therapy addressing TRUE early intervention. We are looking for some one who has experience working with babies 0-12 months old, may be a parent themself, understanding the true occupational imbalance of becoming a parent, and is interested in torticollis, plagiocephaly, infant oral motor skill and breast feeding. Maybe you've even had a baby of your own that needed services. We are constantly taking continuing education courses to be the best of the best in South Jersey.

This position is a hybrid position for in home visits and in office visits. We are looking for a therapist for both Cape May County and Camden county. This may be two different therapists that join the team, or one eager therapist that's not afraid to get in the car and be all around South Jersey.
Our mission is to support babies aged 0-12 months old through therapy, parent education and wellness. We invite you to become part of our team of baby whispering professionals. We specialize in providing therapy to infants before and after tongue tie release as well as torticollis and plagiocephaly. At this time we are seeking an Physical or Occupational therapist with the following credentials to join out team of highly specialized therapists:
Experience
- 3-5 years pediatric experience required (NICU, Outpatient, in-patient, early intervention... school based pediatric experience will not count for this position)
- Hands on experience with infants (0-12months old)
- Strong knowledge of infant development, background in NDT and facilitation is a bonus
- Lactation informed (CBS or CLC)
- Strong skill in writing evaluations and creating treatment plans
- Experience treating torticollis/ plagiocephaly
- Experience treating developmental delay
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- NJ therapy license required
- Willing to build a caseload to 15-20 hours a week, with potential to have more if desired
