JOB SUMMARY :
The Manufacturing Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Manufacturing Solutions is responsible for promoting and selling BAC’s capabilities, including cable harness assemblies, circuit board assemblies and other general assemblies. This role is also responsible for the sales of commodities and works to establish a strong new customer base, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. This position involves coordinating new contracts, conducting time studies, and documenting all sales and, marketing activities while adhering to ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management system criteria.

- Serve as the primary contact for new clients, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries regarding BAC's products and capabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure approved new customers for commodities and manufacturing services that align with departments strategic direction.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, outlining the company's capabilities, pricing, and value proposition. Ensure proposals are tailored to each client's unique needs and requirements.
- Oversee the execution of client manufacturing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory counts, quality control checks and production tasks when requested.
- Conduct market research to identify new manufacturing business opportunities, trends, and potential clients. Analyze market data, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to initiate product development and sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and after product delivery. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for management review.
- Generates leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events and leveraging online platforms.
- Works closely with Production and Logistics Supervisor to ensure manpower is available as well as scheduling training for employees on new products and time studies.
- Prepare quotes, invoices and data analysis reports.
- Works closely with The Director of Production and Logistics for contracting and pricing needs.
- Conducts regular time studies to help prepare for quotes.
- Document all necessary processes, tooling, training into appropriate work orders and road maps by product.
- Develop key performance metrics and perform ongoing analysis and actions to provide continuous improvement and meet internal and customer objectives.
- Provides input (labor and material costs, or contract) to invoicing process
- Maintain tooling and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare documentation or reports required for contract use. Ensure accurate recording of labor hours, work performed or related information.
- Create, maintain and update SOPs for each new contract.

TRAVEL :
If required, travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of area and overnight travel may be expected.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Depending on functional area of assignment, tasks involve the periodic performance of moderately physically demanding work, usually involving lifting, carrying, pushing and / or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (up to 25 pounds). Tasks that require moving objects of significant weight require the assistance of another person and / or use of proper techniques and moving equipment. Physical Requirements can be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS :
Work is done in an office environment. A mixture of extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking in an air-conditioned environment. Some work will be done in the warehouse, which is not climate controlled, employees may occasionally be exposed to high temperature, humidity, cold, etc.
SENSORY REQUIREMENTS :
Some tasks require manual dexterity.
