As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Functions and all the associated teams and locations. Corporate Functions include Finance, IT, Legal, Tax, Business Development, Communications, and Facilities. A dynamic, authentic, agile leader who is action oriented and results driven. You will have a strong background in HR along with a track record of successful building and maintaining of stakeholder relationships. You will need to manage and balance a matrix environment where different functions and teams could be competing for your time and attention. You will have strong credibility and knowledge in all aspects of HR and associated laws and policies.

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Provide coaching and counselling in the areas of employee relations, policy interpretation and review, staffing, compensation & benefits, conflict resolution, performance management, talent development and succession planning
- Support design and ensure implementation of org changes aligned with Role Model Organizations and talent strategy
- Monitor employee engagement level, support implementation of action plans to drive engagement
- Conduct and lead the annual Talent Review process and ensure succession pipeline for critical roles
- Support line managers in creation and implementation of development plans for identified population (e.g. top/rising talent)
- Recruit and integrate high quality candidates according to business needs, lead-time and recruitment cost targets
- Drive and advocate for Global Reflections strategies and plans in all of our primo activities
- Collaborate and embed Building Capabilities programs for the team(s) in line with people strategy and plans
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct and support effective, thorough and objective investigations to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with legal/compliance department as needed or required
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in terms of conduct, mobility, compensation & benefits, internal & external recruitment, onboarding, development, training, etc.
- Maintain HR systems (primarily Workday), ensure data is kept up to date and correct and provide relevant analysis and reports as required
- Manage various centralized NAM or Global projects and support other functions/teams as needed
- High energy level / ability to motivate and support HR programs across the business
- Strong drive for results with positive, transparent and ethical leadership style
- A self-starter, who works well with autonomy and can prioritize with sound judgement
- Handles ambiguity with comfort, is resourceful, solution orientation and has a growth mindset
- Strong relationship builder in complex organizational contexts
- Technical skills will help to support the candidate’s success
- 5- years HR experience, preferably with experience supporting large teams and senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of US Labor Laws, and knowledge/awareness of other country labor laws in the context of global projects (UK/Bermuda)
