The Front Offices at SH Hotels & Resorts are at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide them with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self.
We’re current searching for a warm, welcoming, articulate Front Office Host (Receptionist) to ensure that every guest’s experience is relaxing and effortless—at arrival and departure and all through the stay. Qualifications
Job Overview...
- A guest-contact role responsible for the overall service process based on the Baccarat philosophy and standards.
- Serve as a focal point for all guest/visitor reception and inquiries as well as the primary communication hub for the entire hotel.
- Build relationship with hotel guests through pre-arrival calls or emails.
- Maintain guest profiles with preferences and pertinent information.
- Ensure requests and amenities are provided accordingly.
- Check-in/out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
- Escort guests to room and provide hotel and room orientation upon arrival.
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
- Handle all calls including in-room dining order-taking which transpire through call center promptly, courteously and efficiently.
About you...
- Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
- Ability to speak a secondary language is required.
- Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
