Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced FOH Lead Bartender/Server to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service, leading our front-of-house operations, and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bartending: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beverages with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Serving: Provide exceptional table service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Leadership: Assist in training and mentoring new staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Help manage bar inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with guests, provide recommendations, and respond to feedback to enhance their experience.
- Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending and serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
- Previous lead or supervisor experience at a restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
