JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Operations Analyst, you will be key in managing customer orders from creation to delivery, collaborating closely with our warehouse team to ensure smooth operations. You will also monitor compliance with retailer standards, address operational challenges, and contribute to the success of the operations team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management:
- Oversee sales orders from creation to customer delivery -drop ship orders, domestic orders, and sample orders.
- Provide inventory and shipment status updates in collaboration with warehouse teams.
- Manage Domestic weekly Back-order report.
Inventory Management:
- Manage all drop-ship inventory across retailer portals, including daily inventory feeds.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Create, maintain, and distribute operational reports across departments.
Team Collaboration:
- Cross-train in other team roles to provide versatile support.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years in a supply chain or replenishment-related role.
- Familiarity with platforms like Retail Link, Home Depot Supplier HUB, SPS Commerce, Dynamics GP, and inventory management tools.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while building effective cross-functional relationships.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Candidates will be required to complete an Excel Proficiency test. This test is designed to assess the candidate's skills and knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, which is an essential component of the role. The results of this test will be considered as part of the overall selection procedure to help us make an informed decision about your suitability for the position.
