BACE, LLC(BACE), a division of Komar Industries, is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team due to growth.
BACE is a world leader in the waste equipment industry. BACE helps companies achieve their green initiatives by reducing waste streams and increasing recycling efforts. The company manufactures and services balers, compactors and provides parts and resources to customers.
The Master Scheduler’s primary role is to establish, manage, and maintain a production schedule that ensures capacity and inventory availability is matched to demand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the liaison between sales, purchasing, and manufacturing to establish production lead times.
- Collaborate with the sales, purchasing, and manufacturing departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources best meet customer demand.
- Identify and communicate differences between scheduled and actual production.
- Integrate sales forecasts into production schedule.
- Investigate production delays.
- Identify areas of continual improvement and streamline processes.
- Balance and maximize use of production workforce to maximize inventory turnover ratios.
- Provide various production reports including variances and forecasting.
- Develop a production plan on a 16-week forecast.
