Hardscape Buying Office Assistant

 Full-Time Position 
Monday-Friday (weekends during peak seasons)

POSITION DUTIES:

• Support both Cedar Acres and Hardscapes buying needs and prioritizing work. 
• Timely inventory control actions and perform weekly cycle counts with accuracy. 
• Assist with Accounts Payable resolutions. 
• Support sales and management of customer traffic. 
• Data entry, such as generating purchase orders, receiving inventory, cycle counts, and inputting stock levels.
• Telephone, Hardscape sales support via email and phone. 
• Other administrative duties such as filing, Word, and Excel 
• Help generate and analyze reports as requested by management and senior buyers. 
• Perform other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong math skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work as a team player.
• Excellent customer service skills.
