Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Rehash Coordinator- Sales to join our team. The Inside Sales (Rehash) Project Coordinator will constantly and actively engage with past leads or customers to convert expressed interest to a sale. The employee will be exercising discretion and independent judgment concerning choosing the leads, understanding the pain points, and designing a well-educated approach to ultimately close deals through phone and email communication.
Responsibilities
· Reach out to previous customers, using a variety of methods including phone calls, emails, and SMS to re-engage them
· Listen to customers' concerns and pain points and craft customized proposals based on the customer’s specific needs, and address any previous objections
· Work with customers to find mutually agreeable pricing and contract terms
· Responsible for contacting previous customers to review new services they have not completed with us. (solar/Siding/etc.)
· Maintain accurate customer data and track sales activity with the company’s CRM system
· Identify and qualify potential “rehash” leads (Internet and inbound calls), manage the follow-up process, and update the sales pipeline accordingly
· Set up follow-up appointments for Senior Roofing Inspectors.
· Display active participation and encourage positive collaboration at team meetings.
· Work with other Project Consultants to share insights and strategies for re-engaging customers
· Display a professional appearance.
· Ability to have a flexible schedule to support company needs.
· Support other departments as needed.
Complete any other duties assigned by the Sales Director
Skills
· Strong ability to build rapport, actively listen, and clearly articulate value propositions over the phone
· Comfortable reaching out to customers who have previously declined and overcoming objections
· Proven history of understanding sales cycles, closing techniques, and negotiating strategies
· Strong judgment skills to make sound business decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic manner
· Ability to work on company software applications (CRMs).
· Deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively answer customer questions.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to have a flexible schedule to support company needs.
Physical Demands:
· Can tolerate working in a seated position
· Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, and talk or hear
· Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Ability to reach above shoulder height or below the waist for filing documents
