Bachus & Schanker, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Intake Specialist to join its team in the Aurora office. This is an in-office position. The Bachus & Schanker Experience is centered on serving our clients with the utmost compassion, dignity and understanding. Responsibilities:
- Talk with potential clients about their case
- Schedule intake appointments when appropriate
- Respond to calls and emails immediately, and without delay
- Ensure database is updated with client information upon completion of calls
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing
- Competency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous activities, events and projects
- Ability to quickly solve problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fluid environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Ability to work independently under tight time constraints
Preferences:
- At least 1 year of CSR experience in a call center environment
- Bilingual a plus!
Benefits:
- Compensation range is $40,000 - $52,000 in salary, incentives/bonus and company paid benefits. Total compensation is ultimately dependent upon experience, performance and benefits selected.
