This position is a part of a 5 year contract at the Atlantic City Airport, which an ideal candidate would be able to relocate temporarily with a negotiable relocation fee.

Perform condition assessments.Conduct daily walk-through surveys of areas and buildings as directed.Report on Electrical / Mechanical / Structural / Architectural facility-related problems found.Provide Cost estimates and statements of work related to correcting issues found.Submit work requests for problems identified.Follow up on work requests.Properly route work requests using Tracking SoftwareSubmit survey reports.Lead or participate in meetings and conference calls.Work cross-functionally with other customers and tenants within the work site.Escort contractors at work sites.Our Hiring Process

Construction Inspector / Structural or Civil Engineering Technician backgroundMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust be able to obtain a Suitability / Public Trust ClearanceShould be proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Should have aminimum of 5 years of demonstrable building electrical / mechanical / structural / Architectural condition assessment experienceAbility to support 8-hour shifts ranging from 6 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. 40 hours per week.
