Clinic Director/Physical Therapist
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead our team at Back in Motion PT, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily patient therapy, including evaluations, plan of care development, treatment, and discharge.
- Oversee clinic staff and coordinate scheduling to optimize operations according to Alliance PT standards.
- Direct patient care, ensuring proper case management and highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Identify staff development opportunities and facilitate learning to advance clinical skills.
- Ensure accurate and complete billing, maintaining compliance with Federal/Medicare guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification as per state regulations.
