Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand, including menus and promotional materials.
- Communicate guest needs to the serving staff to ensure exceptional guest relations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize Toast POS or similar systems for managing reservations and waitlists.
- Assist in coordinating special events or large parties as needed.
