Job Overview
Back to Nature Home and Garden is seeking a Mow Crew Foreman. The Mow Crew Foreman will manage and motivate our crew on client projects. They will have thorough knowledge of all aspects of mowing service including planting bed clean-up, weeding and mulching. They will be responsible for proper handling & maintenance of all equipment. They must have the ability to professionally interface with clients on behalf of the company. They must also be able to demonstrate leadership and maintain a professional and positive attitude
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordination and management of field personnel at related to mowing precisely and within a posted schedule.
Ability to perform mow projects, spring and fall clean-ups, mulching, and edging garden beds under or at budgeted hours, cost, quantities, etc. as proposed.
Familiarity with all commercial mowing equipment; mowers, trimmers, etc.
Ability to perform minor repairs.
Developing client relationships through being available for client requests, working collaboratively with outside parties to accomplish client and company goals and maintaining close communication across the in-house team.
Job Requirements
Ability to drive a crew in a dump truck with a trailer
Minimum 2 years’ experience in mowing services and managing crews
We are looking for candidates who are hard-working, enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a career in landscape.
Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)
Willingness to work some Saturdays as workload and weather during busiest times of year may dictate.
Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently.
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
