Busy Wellness Center offering Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture is seeking an experienced part time front office administrator to join our team. Ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to patients and support other staff and doctors. Prior medical office experience is a must. Position offers opportunity for growth.
Duties will include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
-Collecting co-pays and payments
-Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient inquiries
-Electronic records keeping and data entry
-Verifying health insurance /calling on open bills/downloading EOB's
-Requesting medical records and following up on prescriptions
Experience:
- Prior experience in a medical office setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail/timeliness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
