You can confidently support internal teams and external partners to make scalable, efficient decisions.
What you will do:
- Act as a liaison between our internal teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Analyze and document system processes, pain points, and user feedback to recommend solutions
- Support project rollouts by creating user documentation, assisting with QA, and coordinating timelines
- Build reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales, credit, and funding trends to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvements across our operations and technology stack
- Manage data integrity across our systems (CRM, databases, internal tools) and maintain dashboards for executive visibility
- Communicate clearly with departments to ensure cross-functional alignment on project objectives
- Help train staff and serve as a key support resource during onboarding of new tools or workflows
- In-office position; NOT REMOTE
- Hours: Monday-Friday (8:30 AM-5:00 PM)
What you bring to the table:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fintech or a related industry
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with CRM systems, documentation tools, and ticketing platforms
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with financial products or loan servicing is a plus
