As a conservative care practice, we provide chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, and massage therapy services, focusing on getting our patients better as quickly as possible without the use of drugs or surgery if possible. The Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Your ability to create a warm, inviting environment while expertly managing administrative tasks will be key to enhancing our patients’ experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting patients with a friendly demeanor.
- Managing appointment scheduling and confirming patient information.
- Facilitating prior authorizations and insurance verifications, leveraging your 2 years of experience in medical-related fields.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to streamline patient care processes.
To thrive in this role, we require a High School Diploma or GED, along with at least 2 years of experience in a medical-related field. While knowledge of chiropractic care is a plus, your enthusiasm for learning and your commitment to patient care will be essential. Previous experience or knowledge of prior authorizations will give you a head start as you step into the Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator role.
Our part-time schedule is designed for those looking to make an impact without sacrificing personal time. You’ll work Monday through Thursday from 2 PM to 7 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while being a pivotal part of our team.
