Backswing Brewing Co. is a Nebraska-based craft brewery built on community, quality, and the good times that come with great beer. We’re expanding our presence in Lincoln and looking for a driven, self-motivated sales rep to grow our craft beer and beverage portfolio in bars, restaurants, and retail locations.

• Build relationships with bar managers, restaurant owners, and liquor store buyers to expand Backswing’s reach.
• Drive sales of Backswing Brewing’s beer lineup and upcoming new beverage release this spring.
• Partner with distributor reps to increase placements and sales volume.
• Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts in the Lincoln area.
• Organize and execute tastings, samplings, and promotional events to boost brand awareness.
• Track sales performance and create strategies for growth in your territory.

Strong sales and negotiation skills – ability to open and grow accounts.

Self-motivated & entrepreneurial – you control your schedule and success.

Experience in beverage sales, hospitality, or brand ambassadorship (preferred but not required).

Passion for craft beer and the industry.

Reliable transportation – you’ll be working independently across Lincoln.
