Now Hiring: Bartender – Omaha Taproom
At Backswing Brewing, we’re all about bringing people together. Our taproom is a place where friends meet, conversations flow, and great beer just happens to be part of the mix. We’re looking for a bartender who gets that: a friendly, outgoing person who knows how to make people feel welcome the second they walk in.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere where people want to stay awhile
- Serve beer and simple cocktails with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Keep the taproom running smoothly: clean, stocked, and ready for the next round
- Jump in where needed and be part of a small team that takes care of each other
Schedule & Availability:
- Must be available for day shifts starting at 3:30 PM Monday–Thursday and 2:30 PM on Fridays
- Weekend shifts required

- Someone who thrives in a social environment and enjoys making connections
- A self-starter who takes pride in their work and the space
- Ability to handle a busy bar while keeping the energy positive
- Reliable and ready to be part of a consistent schedule
- Candidate with a strong focus on customer service
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Excellent time management and sales skills
- Experience in fine dining and banquet service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
