Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle customer support inquiries, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Support office management tasks such as coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist with personal assistant duties for executives or team leaders as required.
  • Operate phone systems effectively to facilitate communication within the office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in office management software and phone systems.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar field is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or clerk is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

  • Morning shift
