We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This SDR position often establishes the first impression with potential clients and plays a key role in identifying and then moving qualified leads through the sales pipeline to help accelerate Bacon’s growth.
The ideal candidate will quickly learn the business and be able to showcase how Bacon solutions can help meet client needs.
In addition, the individual will need excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the top of the sales funnel by qualifying prospects
- Make initial contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, social media, and other sources using data to foster high-quality prospect interactions, collect key prospect information, and facilitate improvement to lead generation practices
- Identify potential client needs and educate about how Bacon can help clients reach their objectives
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments / demos scheduled for sales representatives and coordinate a smooth transition with the sales team to the next stage of the sales process
- Ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in the CRM
- Remain current and informed about our business model, our industry, and the technology landscape to remain a credible resource to prospective clients
Required Qualifications

- Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Self-motivated mentality with a go-getter attitude
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets / Microsoft Word or Excel
Preferred Qualifications :
- Any sales experience, including door-to-door or appointment setting
- Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
