What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Coordinator position at Bacon Universal?
Summary:
Responsible for quotation, scheduling, contract processing, and hauling of rental equipment. Answering phone calls, greet customers.
Essential Functions:
· Answering telephone calls
· Assist Walk-in customers
· Rentals – Arrange equipment rental by phone or in person, prepare rental contracts
· Prepare rental contracts, verify insurance, deliver schedule and pickups, maintain electronic and paper contracts.
· Maintain rental availability/status, rental boards, rental worksheet
· Complete rental billing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis based on contract length
· Creating rental pre-check, and repair documents in a timely manner to Service Writer or Admin for scheduling.
· Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Construction equipment knowledge
· High attention to detail.
· Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
