Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of small projects, and ordering replacement items ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, familiar with Condo Complexes in Kihei, and the South Side of Maui and handyman experience for those smaller projects that are not sourced out.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth operations..
- Collaborate with vendors and construction trade professionals to develop project schedules using software programs and phone communication.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including receipts, estimates and reports.
- Facilitate communication between contractors, and team members and clientele to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or management with the resources available.
- Familiarity with locations of condo complexes in Kihei which is where the majority of our properties are located.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Computer skils
- Handyman experience and personal tools to use on projects.
- Reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week

- Monday to Friday
