Position Overview
- Complete month-end and quarter-end processes, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Learn and master inventory and COGS analysis.
- Drive technical excellence in accounting operations (e.g., ASC 842, internal controls).
- Utilize QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and Avalara to manage financial processes.
- Lead audit processes and build strong relationships with external partners.
- Develop scalable financial frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of accounting experience; retail/CPG experience is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
