As a Sales Associate at Sabri Guven Fine Jewelry, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry, while providing personalized service that reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor. Provide expert advice on jewelry pieces, styles, and trends to help customers make informed decisions.

Sales: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, offering product recommendations, and closing transactions.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including the features, benefits, and care instructions of each piece.

Merchandising: Assist with the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that displays are attractive, organized, and reflect current trends.

Inventory Management: Help with inventory control by tracking stock levels, conducting regular counts, and ensuring accurate product information.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve common goals, share product knowledge, and ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

A passion for jewelry and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.

A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
