What are the responsibilities and job description for the AM Dishwasher/Utility Worker position at Badass catering?
We are currently seeking a dishwasher to join our team for the upcoming concert season and beyond.

Job duties
-Always conducting yourself in a positive and professional manner in accordance with
the company handbook.
-Proper uniform as per company handbook and food safety regulations.
(uniform, shoes and hair properly pulled back)
-Being punctual and ready to work at start of shift.
Food safety and sanitation standards
-Using Time and Temperature sheets
-Proper set-up and maintaining of sanitizer buckets
-Handwashing/gloves for food handling
Dish pit set-up
-wash, clean, and store dishes pots, pans, cooking equipment, utensils, and containers.
-keep the dish pit, station and equipment clean and organized
-set-up the dish washer/sinks with proper temperature and chemical mix.
-Keep floors clean and dry
Communicate with Kitchen and On-Site Management for any needs
Support FOH/BOH during downtimes with cleaning and food prep.
Reporting all broken equipment to Management
