100% Onsite at our BRAND NEW 7500 square foot showroom with an opportunity to represent us at trade shows across the United States

We began business as the Big Rack Shack , providing pallet racking to people at farm shows , and our business grew during the agricultural b oom in 2010. After immersing ourselves in this crowd, we began using leftover parts to create custom workbenches and found there was quite a demand for them. Thus, Badass Workbench was born!

S everal of our employees dip their toes into both businesses, because building tricked out workbenches isn't our only specialty.

Each workbench is uniquely customized to fit our clients' needs and built with excellent craftsmanship in mind. We are currently looking for a n Order Desk and Show Room Manager to work with our customers and answer questions they may not even know they have. This individual will ass ist cu stomers in person, over the phone , and via email reg arding in quiries about our products and updates on their orders . This role is 100% in-person and on site with the opportunity to travel and represent us at trade shows across the country .

Outside Sales takes on the same type of work but travels up to 20 weeks out of the year to attend trade shows and meet prospective clients.

Order Desk and Show Room Manager Key Responsibilities

• 1) Work directly with our customers who call , email, or walk in with pre-order inquiries and answer their questions regarding our product lines .

Success Metric : YTD q uarterly sales increased by 20% from YTD quarterly sales from the previous year.

Success Metric : Obtain at least five 5- Star r eviews from customers each month

Success Metric : Respond to all phone and email inquiries received during the workday by 4 : 00pm CS T .

Success Metric : Generate $ 50,000 in floor sales monthly .

Success Metric : 100% of customers with open balances are communicated to daily until the balance i s collected .
