SCHEDULE :
Full-time Monday - Thursday FRIDAYS OFF
7 : 30am-5 : 30pm CST
LOCATION : Kearney, NE
100% Onsite at our BRAND NEW 7500 square foot facility
At Badass Workbench , we are devoted to serving the people who don't mind getting their hands dirty and who do whatever it takes to get the job done.
We began business as the Big Rack Shack , providing pallet racking to people at farm shows, and our business grew during the agricultural boom in 2010. After immersing ourselves in this crowd, we began using leftover parts to create custom workbenches and found there was quite a demand for them. Thus, Badass Workbench was born!
Several of our employees dip their toes into both businesses, because building tricked out workbenches isn't our only specialty.

We are currently looking for an entry level Powder Coater to join our badass team to successfully apply the powder coating on each workbench to be delivered to our customers on time. This role is 100% in-person and onsite with the opportunity to travel and represent us at trade shows across the country.

Powder Coater Key Responsibilities & Success Metrics
- 1) Prepare and clean workbenches for the powder coating process, removing residue and ensuring a smooth finish.
Success Metric : Less than 5% of workbenches need to be reworked due to powder coating errors in a 60-day rolling period
Success Metric : 100% of components on each work order must be powder coated at least 24 hours before they are scheduled for assembly
Success Metric : Zero production delays caused by lack of inventory in the powder coating department.
Success Metric : Perform weekly maintenance checks on the equipment in the department and keep a log to track repair details.
