Production Associate - Fairwater

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Production Associate to support operations across multiple areas within our plant, including the Wash Plant, Dry Plant, and Rail Loadout. This role is essential in ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment to support production needs.
• Monitor and run production processes to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct testing procedures to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and troubleshooting equipment as needed.
• Adapt to various roles within production areas to support plant operations.
• Work flexibly across shifts to ensure proper coverage based on plant requirements.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of the mining process, product lines, and customer specifications.
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• This is primarily a first-shift position, but flexibility is required to cover other shifts based on plant needs.
