Badger State Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a full-time position as a Production Float within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position requires the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to assembly, packaging, and quality control. The Production Float will rotate between different workstations as needed, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to quality standards.
Primary Duties :
- Construct components according to specified requirements which may include retrieving and preparing materials
- Inspect materials and components for defects and remove any nonconforming materials to designated areas
- Package finished product according to specific requirements which may involve using zipper bags, labeling, additional bagging with a sealer, and boxing
- Transport finished product from the conveyor to designated holding areas or packaging stations
