What You’ll Do :

• Represent Professionally and Positively : Be the face of the organization holding ethics and professionalism in top regard.
• Develop Winning Strategies : Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals, company values, and hiring needs.
• Collaborate with Leadership : Work closely with senior executives and department managers to understand talent needs and craft effective hiring plans.
• Leverage Data : Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend improvements.
• Communicate Success : Provide regular reports and actionable insights on recruitment activities, pipeline health, and strategic optimizations.
• Innovate and Adapt : Creatively plan a wide range of hiring strategies to accommodate various positions from entry-level to top-tier leadership. Be ready to pivot as needs change and efforts need to be refreshed.
• Other Traditional HR Duties : Support the organization in areas of, policies, payroll, team communication, and staff management programming.
• Risk Management : Ensures the company complies with IN labor laws and other programming to protect the company and its team members.
